• Ensure all persons and animals are out of the space during operation
• Use products only for their intended germicidal disinfection purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding UVC device use. 
• BrightBot UVC is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

5. Limitation of Liability
BrightBot UVC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

6. No Guarantee of Results
While UVC germicidal technology is scientifically supported for surface and air disinfection, BrightBot UVC makes no guarantee of specific disinfection outcomes. Results may vary based on environment, usage, and other factors.

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, and branding, is the property of BrightBot UVC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

• Shadowed areas will not be sanitized.  
• No warranty or responsibility is taken by BrightBot regarding the process or efficacy of the unit, as BrightBot has no control over the use of the system. 
• BrightBot makes no claims to the actual log reduction of pathogens, as it can vary depending on the environment and use.
