The Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requires that each producing establishment must place its EPA establishment number on the label or immediate container of each pesticide, active ingredient or device produced. Please note that an EPA Establishment number appearing on a product label does not signify that the pesticide or device is in compliance with FIFRA. Rather, an EPA establishment number on a pesticide product label identifies the EPA registered location where the product was produced.
